Unlike other marketing agencies, we have the ability to meet and build relationships with our clients' customers in person, allowing us to form long-term relationships. Our clients rely on customer retention to expand their businesses, and we can ensure that by using our tried-and-true marketing plan. Our marketing strategies have been shown to boost efficiency and production for our clients, which is why we currently collaborate with some of the nation's top business leaders.
We do pay commission, but it's on top of your base hourly/salary wages. The starting salary is determined by prior experience and background. Each of our job posts will include a salary range for each role and its negotiable during the interview process.

Our company is open seven days a week, from 8 am to 8 pm. The schedule depends on the account that you are working with. However, we are flexible with scheduling.
Our Company works with accounts in the entertainment, technology, and energy fields.
Our positions are entry-level, so we are able to work from the ground up with our direct marketing training program once someone is hired. As long as you have the drive to learn, we can work with any level of experience!

Carlos Hidalgo
Carlos grew up in Dayton Ohio as a 1st generation immigrant his parent’s coming to the states in 1990 from Ecuador. He attended Wright State University studying athletic training. He decided that the field was not for him and pursued a career building his own business. Before teaming up with his brother to start Alphalete Marketing he worked at the Dayton, Ohio airport as well as his father's insurance agency. Carlos moved to Waterloo Iowa in 2015 to start Alphalete alongside his brother. Together they grew the business and decided that the opportunity to rapidly expand the company was in Toledo, Ohio. He spent about a year growing the Toledo office before relocating to the new expansion in Dallas, Texas. He now heads the Texas market with plans of greater expansion throughout the south.

Maud Miller
Maud was born and raised in Perpignan, located in the South of France. She came to the United States in January of 2013 on a track and field scholarship with Findlay University and obtained her Majors in Marketing and International Business. Maud believes that being so involved and dedicated in Track and Field is what gave her the competitive mindset needed to be successful in operating Alphalete Marketing. After graduation, Maud started her career as a sales representative in Toledo, Ohio, with Rafael and Carlos Hidalgo. Her eagerness to grow as a leader and her dedication to developing her team put her on the fast track to becoming a key player within the company. When Rafael and Carlos chose to follow an opportunity that led them to Dallas, they selected Maud as their successor in the Toledo market. After managing the Toledo office for less than a year, she was given the opportunity to lead an expansion into Corpus Christi, Texas, in February of 2019. She then left the Corpus Market to new management and joined the Hidalgosin Dallas, where she now resides.

Isaiah, otherwise known as "Detective Revelle," is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. He attended Texas A & M (Whoop!), where he earned his degree in business economics. Isaiah has a passion for helping others to reach their full potential and is a CRUCIAL part of the development of the Alphalete team.

Megan is originally from Defiance, Ohio and started her career with Alphalete Marketing in June of 2017 at the Toledo location. Prior to her employment with the company she held several managerial and administrative positions. After four months with Alphalete, she decided that to see the growth that she wanted in her career she needed to move with the company and help to open and develop the Dallas, Texas expansion. She currently oversees all the HR departments of the Alphalete expansions from the company headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Sandy Samaniego joined the Alphalete family in January of 2020. From Texas, she attended Sam Houston high school, graduating in 2015. Sandy loves the process of the Alphalete Organization and helping others to grow.

Lola moved with the company from Toledo, Ohio, in 2017. Since starting with the business, she has been a critical contributor to the culture and positive atmosphere here at Alphalete Marketing.
