Alphalete marketing was started in August of 2015 by our C.E.O. Rafael Hidalgo. Carlos Hidalgo, Rafael's twin brother, decided to partner up with Rafael 7 months later. Together the brothers operated an office in Waterloo, Iowa as well as Maumee, Ohio. In September of 2017 Rafael expanded the Alphalete Brand into Arlington, Texas. Carlos soon joined Rafael along with Khalil Mansour in February of 2018 leaving Maud Miller as head of the Alphalete office in Maumee.
The Alphalete office at our Texas location saw rapid growth within its first year and saw the need for more expansion in the south. Maud decided to leave Ohio and start up our Corpus Christi location in February of 2019. The company plans to expand further into the Texas regions in 2019.

Rafael is a 1st generation immigrant his parent’s coming to the states in 1990 from Ecuador. He grew up in Dayton, Ohio where he attended Wright State University for 1 year, studying criminal justice. He decided that the field was not for him and chose to pursue a network marketing business to learn more about leadership and becoming an entrepreneur. Before starting Alphalete Marketing he was a tennis coach and worked for his father’s insurance agency. Rafael started Alphalete in August of 2015 in Waterloo, Iowa. He saw growth in Iowa but believed a larger opportunity for growth would be in Toledo, Ohio. After operating in Toledo for 10 months he moved again, this time to Dallas, Texas. Rafael's biggest goal is that as his organization grows that it inspires and empowers other people, showing that they’re capable of demanding more from life and they’re able to live an above average life.
Carlos grew up in Dayton Ohio as a 1st generation immigrant his parent’s coming to the states in 1990 from Ecuador. He attended Wright State University studying athletic training. He decided that the field was not for him and pursued a career building his own business. Before teaming up with his brother to start Alphalete Marketing he worked at the Dayton, Ohio airport as well as his father's insurance agency. Carlos moved to Waterloo Iowa in 2015 to start Alphalete alongside his brother. Together they grew the business and decided that the opportunity to rapidly expand the company was in Toledo, Ohio. He spent about a year growing the Toledo office before relocating to the new expansion in Dallas, Texas. He now heads the Texas market with plans of greater expansion throughout the south.
Maud was born and raised in Perpignan located in the South of France. She came to the United States in January of 2013 on a track and Field scholarship with Findlay University and obtained her Majors in Marketing and International Business. Maud believes that being so involved and dedicated in Track and Field, is what gave her the competitive mindset needed to be successful in operating Alphalete Marketing. After graduation, Maud started her career within the company as a sales representative in Toledo, Ohio with Rafael and Carlos Hidalgo. Her eagerness to grow as a leader and her dedication to developing her team put her on the fast-track to becoming a key player within the company. When Rafael and Carlos chose to follow an opportunity that led them to Dallas they selected Maud to be their successor in the Toledo market. After managing the Toledo office for less than a year she was given the opportunity to lead an expansion into Corpus Christi, Texas in February of 2019. She now operates in Corpus Christi and is a key player in leading more expansions of the Alphalete brand throughout Texas.
Megan is originally from Defiance, Ohio and started her career with Alphalete Marketing in June of 2017 at the Toledo location. Prior to her employment with the company she held several managerial and administrative positions. After four months with Alphalete, she decided that to see the growth that she wanted in her career she needed to move with the company and help to open and develop the Dallas, Texas expansion. She currently oversees all the HR departments of the Alphalete expansions from the company headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Khalil is from Abu Dhabi the capital of the United Arab Emirates. He came to the states to pursue his love of soccer and to further his education in 2014. He attended classes at the University of Toledo, Ohio. He majored in mechanical engineering but soon switched his interests to Business, marketing, and finance. After obtaining his degrees he sought out a position with Alphalete Marketing at the Toledo location where he was hired on as an account representative. Prior to the start of his career with Alphalete, Khalil held several retail and marketing based positions. Since starting with the company he has seen immense growth and was given the opportunity to head the Dallas, Texas office in February of 2018 alongside the company's founders. He currently is a key operator of the Dallas location and heads expansions of the brand in the northern territories.
